Abstract EN

Our study focuses on the formation of the professional nurses identity in paramedical training institutes.

in their interaction with work group in the frame work of the public hospital institutions, as the latter is the most important factor in forming the professional characteristics and standards of the new members through the process of organizational socialization.

in this article, we analysis the attitudes of trainees in the community of nurses, then we study their reflection on their future professional aspirations and trends as indicators which translate the nature of the perceptions and representations carried by nurses who are attracted to their profession in the context through their field involvement in public hospitals in the state of bechar, finally we determine the nature of the professional identity that the community of public health nurses to transfer and form the trainees nurses.
