The recruitment process is a sensitive and important process as it is the step by which to find the best who will occupy the vacant position.

the recruitment and supply of manpower with the qualities and sufficient numbers and expertise required to fill the position, provides the opportunity to choose the best factor to fill the position.

institutions that are also seeking to attract qualified individuals and attract them to fill vacancies where we tried through this study aims to study and analyze this process in order to identify its weaknesses and avoidance by designing a form and distributing it to a sample of professors of the faculty of science media and communication in Algiers as many as25 distributed to professors of different scientific qualifications and our study reached a number of results, including that the faculty of information sciences and communication on the internal and external sources in the recruitment process in order to achieve a balance between internal and external polarization which gives opportunities for individuals to join the institution in addition to the standard efficiency among the criteria on which the college of information and communication sciences is based in the recruitment process, in addition to the standard of expertise, the standard of scientific activities and other results to be discussed in detail.
