Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the barriers to psychological counseling related to behavioral and emotional problems in the school environment according to the level of professional competence of the psychologist in terms of academic training in addition to the lack of adequate conditions.

it also aims to know the degree of coordination between the function of the psychologist and the school environment as well as the family circle and the sectors concerned.

the sample of this study consists of 25 psychologists who practice in schools of the province of saida to answer the questionnaire designed in an individual way.

it also allowed to highlight the weakness of the professional competence in term of academic training of the psychologist but also the insufficiencies of material means.

the study also reveals the weakness of the level of coordination and agreement between psychologists، parents and the sectors concerned because of the lack of social and cultural awareness of individuals.
