Abstract EN

This study aims to examine the impact of educational services quality on the satisfaction of the students.by choosing a variable independent quality educational service that includes efficient employees، university fees، tangibility، responsiveness، collateral and dependent variable is student satisfaction .an appropriate sample has been chosen which are (150) questionnaires.

there were distributed among the students at al-Quds college in various academic and technical majors.

the study concluded that there is a clear impact of the quality of educational services in its different dimensions on the satisfaction of the students that that there is a weakness in a physical environment and appearance aspects which are important according to the students.

the study found that there is a strong relation between the efficiency of employees، which reflect positively on the satisfaction of students and their loyalty،the study recommended that its important to development the physical environment in the college .
