Abstract EN

Through our research، we tried to study the organizational characteristics of the family small and medium.

In the empirical study، which included 41 small and medium family enterprises on the northwest of Algeria.

We concluded a variety of factors and characteristics that distinguish these organizations.

after selecting the various organizational characteristics of family SME under the study we tried to study the relationship between these characteristics' and the organizational effectiveness، the results showed a significant correlation with many variables، consisting organizational characteristics with organizations effectiveness.
