Abstract EN

This study aims to identify and analyse practical mechanisms to raise smes performance by the state and the enterprises.

we found that there is a great difference between the mechanisms adopted by the state and that adopted by small and medium enterprises in terms of ( capital density، methods adopted) despite the fact that small and medium-sized enterprises did not allocate funds as provided by the state through rehabilitation programs، but it has achieved positive results and the reason according to the study lie behind the desire to increase performance by working group and the feeling of belonging to the organization is an important element whichresponds to any program established for raising performance of the enterprise.
