Abstract EN

In this study, a survey was carried out in an attempt to identify the structural failures in the Iraqi economy.

inspection process was carried out since the change in performance of the Iraqi economy after 2003.

Because the arrangements were carried out by international variables such as: military occupation and international organizations.

The researcher introducing a set of variables that are considered relevant to research questions, including comparing the match between the goals and their implementation for the international role, and introduces the variables of violence , terrorism and creating a vital political process by economy.

The study used in the verification inductive method.

The main conclusions for the study found that the method of managing the political economy has moved away from the main objective because the violence, the need to strengthen the state and formation of a consensual government for the purpose of distributing oil revenues to create general political satisfaction generated polarities.

As well as a political class (Elites) that sticks to the rental mechanism of the economy.
