According to the constitution of 2005, Iraq depend on Decentralization In Article (1) the constitution refer to "The Republic of Iraq is a single federal, independent and fully sovereign state in which the system of government is republican, representative, parliamentary, and democratic, and this Constitution is a guarantor of the unity of Iraq" Although the Federalization as an option, it still mysterious and never rooted politically, economically and socially in most Iraqi regions.
