Pedigree of illegitimate child raised a serious dispute and jurisprudential debate to the old and contemporary scholars between those who are with proofing pedigree and those who are against, while others preferred to distinguishing between illegitimate child and rape child ,it denied pedigree from the first and proved to the second and in try to making the woman and her child win in rape ,as she didn’t agree instead she was forced as well as she was not seeking to get.

Pregnancy as a resutt she does not have to face the results by her own like the woman in adultery because rape is not considered as reason to prove pedigree so a search had to be done not prove pedigree Of rape child, based on that rape u considered as on agreement , and with the scientific development , and the coming of D.N.A as a scientific evidence in roofing or denying pedigree , a juris prudential and legal uestion was asked about the possibility of the use of this cientific evidence to prove pedigree of rape child.
