Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the educational supervision of the Directorate of Education for Altaybah and Alwasteyah of Irbid governorate and his role in improving the performance of teachers from the point of view of the teachers themselves.

The researcher used the descriptive method in his study and the use of (questionnaire) electronic questionnaire distributed randomly on the sample of the study in order to collect the necessary data for the study.

The study community consisted of teachers and teachers of the governmental schools in the Directorate, who numbered more than 1600 teachers, Study to (200) teachers and teachers.

The researcher used many statistical methods through the social statistical packages program SPSS in the analysis of data and the most important findings of the researcher: 1) The averages of all three areas (teaching, evaluation and planning strategies) were intermediate and ranged between 3.01 and 2.67.

The highest areas were the approval of teachers.

The first area was the field of teaching strategies.

The lowest mean was the field of assessment.

2) There were statistically significant differences due to the influence of sex in teaching and evaluation strategies for females, while there were no significant differences in the field of planning and the tool as a whole.

3) To sensitize school administrations, students and society about the importance of this type of education.
