The current research paper aimed to identify the relationship between the academic achievement and psychological flow.

It also aimed to determine the differences in academic achievement in secondary stage students of high or low on all degrees of self-motivation and psychological flow.

The research paper focused on investigating the possibility of predicting academic achievement based on either self-motivation or psychological flow in a sample of secondary stage students in the State of Kuwait.

The participants were about (178) members.

The researcher applied a scale of academic achievement (prepared and developed by the researcher herself) that consists of (18) clauses distributed in two clauses according to the following nine dimensions in sequence: the activity during achieving missions, commitment to time, respecting time, admitting the easy of missions, not to adjourn missions achievement, not to claim unawareness, psychological compatibility, allocating study appointments in advance, high motivation towards learning and not to claim extra time.

The scale was measured by the responding to the following triangular scale (always- sometimes- rarely).

A scale of psychological flow was also applied (prepared and developed by the researcher herself) that consists of the following dimensions: skill and challenge (5 clauses), focus attention (5 clauses), missing time feeling and self-awareness (5 clauses), direct feedback (5 clauses) and self-enjoyment (5 clauses).

There are five options to be answered in each clause as follows: (always- often- sometimes- rarely- never).

The data was then processed by appropriate statistical means.

With regard to the participants in the current research paper, the following results were as follows: there is a statistical relationship between the motivation to academic achievement with all dimensions and the total and the psychological flow except missing the time feeling by the research sample.

The results also indicated that there are statistical differences between low and high level of psychological flow.

The academic achievement can be predicted by the psychological flow of the research sample i.e.

male and female secondary stage students in the state of Kuwait.
