Abstract EN

This research tackles the position of the satisfaction of one of the guardians of women with regard of the husband's lack of competence.

The research investigates the extent to which this satisfaction affects the rights of the rest of the gardians regardless of whether they are equal with him in the degree of responsibility or not.

This study is comparative between the position of jurisprudence (Fiqh) and local law in this regard.
