Abstract EN

The technological revolution has contributed in the domain of the technology and communication to create new technique to facilitates the operation of criminal proof ;and it’s linked with the digital proof and this is has a particular place and serious role to fight the crime and prove it and knowing the accused .However ,althongh the advantages of this new kind of criminal proofs , it faces the right of information privacy which it is very important part of the personnal life.
