The environmental crime is a breach of law which is provided by domestic and international rules; it is characterized from the traditional ones, notably the specificity of risk.

It can meet the aggressor and the victim in the same person, in addition the impact of the environment crime is not immediate, that why it needs some specific provisions relating to the sanction which shall be amended to be fit to the characteristics of the environmental crime.
