The modern development of communication systems has greatly contributed to the attack of public order and good morals in society, and this is reflected in the many attacks that are carried out today by some people via mobile phone or computer, through the recording, filming or broadcasting of scenes or images And therefore we try through this study to explain some of the most important provisions enacted by the Algerian and Egyptian legislators in order to confront this kind of behavior, which has serious consequences at all levels.
