This study deals with the problem of proof in cybercrime, where the study of this research was divided into two basic requirements.

The first requirement dealt with the obstacles related to the electronic guide.

Three obstacles were addressed, and the second related to the obstacles related to the investigation.

Electronic, as invisible, cross-border and transnational, requiring the use of special investigative methods.
