This paper aims to raise the subject of civilizational dialogue in the novel « Crossroads of Ages » by the novelist « AbirShehrazad », which was directed by the novelist according to the dual resistance and takeover : resistance based on the fulfillment of the homeland and clinging to the cultural origins and identities that became the field of conflict and strife in the era of globalization .And between the takeover of identity and forgetting the historical hatred between the self and the other based on the global scheme of fragmentation of identity and the attempt to forcibly join the West Metropole.
