land is the most important factor of production because of its natural ability to participate in various social activities and its ability to maintain various characteristics in different times.

in this research we tried to reach the philosophy of Islamic jurisprudence regarding the distribution of land ownership, while trying to explore the multiple views of the various Islamic jurists.
