Street children is a real phenomenon in our current life which can't be neglected.

It is a time bomb and a cultural tragedy, it can be classified under the most important dangerous phenomenon which happened to the societies in our current days, either Arabian or non-Arabian, Islamic or non-Islamic; due to its future dangerous and effects on the countries, socially, economically and politically, which made the society awoke to warn them.

There are number of studies tried to determine the causes which led this phenomenon to appear, which is considered most important one; because knowing the cause determines the type of treatment and gives the right solution, no treatment without diagnosis, and no diagnosis without knowing the cause or causes, these field studies and the theoretical researches which were conducted before about this phenomenon (street children) were agreed to connect it with the economic, social and cultural changes which were known in these countries, besides their certainties.
