New information and communication technologies are nowadays basic concept in the debate on the school of the future.

The place of these tools in society and their effectiveness in learning, are the strengths that fuel the reflection around teaching policy, strategies and practice.

This new reality has pushed educational systems in developed countries to introduce this competence as an essential element in their school curricula.

The Arab countries are therefore called upon to meet the challenge of integrate this tools into their teaching practices as means of access to knowledge, to exploit it, to apply it and to produce it.

This mode of use ICT is supposed to develop educational innovation.

The question is: How is that possible then?
