Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight the role of oil companies in the industrial pollution, by their increasing effects on the surrounding environment such as air and water bodies through which the transfer of oil from one region to another.

relying on the analytical descriptive approach, the study concluded that Algeria has adopted many legal texts and field actions to combat oil pollution.

however, these efforts remain insufficient and in need of updating and following-up.
