Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the importance of adopting the total quality strategy and identifying the obstacles that limit its success in small and medium enterprises, considering the specificity of this type of enterprises at the level of organization and its various relations with the environment.

the results indicated that the limited awareness and perceptions of managers, and the fear of change, poor customer focus and weak financial capabilities are the most significant constraints affecting the implementation of the total quality strategy in the enterprises under study.
