In the context of the changing economic world, women's entrepreneurship has played an important role in supporting development efforts in all economies, especially developing ones, Algeria, like other countries, has made several efforts to promote the role of women, starting with the creation of the legislative and legal framework to establish institutional mechanisms and mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of programs and the rehabilitation of the administrative and functional systems of these institutions in order to improve their performance.
