أثر عناصر الإبداع الإداري على أداء العاملين في القطاع الصحي الحكومي في محافظة شقراء : دراسة تطبيقية

Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of administrative creativity dimensions on employee’s performance in health public sector in Shaqra، kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

the researcher used descriptive analytical methods to answer the study questions، and used a questionnaire for collecting quantitative data from the study sample which consisted of ) 71) employees.

the study findings showed that there was a significant effect of administrative creativity dimensions (i.e.، originality، intellectual fluency، mental flexibility، sensitive to problems، maintaining the direction or concentration of attention، ability analysis) on employee’s performance in health public sector in Shaqra.

based on the multiple regression analysis applied in the study، results also showed that sensitive to problems dimension of administrative creativity was of the highest influencing dimensions on employees performance.

the study concluded that top management should focus on administrative creativity dimensions in health public sector in Shaqra to improve employee’s performance.

in light of the findings، the researcher presented a set of recommendations to the stakeholder.
