The study aimed to stand up and highlight the role of the food industry as an alternative sector to emerge from the dependence of hydrocarbons and the advancement of the national economy, through the activation of its role in employment and increase its contribution to national production and added value, this is done by encouraging productive investment in this area and seeking to overcome the obstacles and problems it faces, leading to a diversified and sustainable economy.
