Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to know the enabling degree of principals at Negev district from solving the administrative problems that facing them from the perspectives of Teachers ,and to show the effect of (gender, educational stage, Scientific qualification) in teachers' estimates to that degree.

The researcher used the descriptive survey methodology.

The sample of the study consisted of (400) teachers who were chosen in stratified random way, and also it was used a questionnaire to collect the needed data for achieving the aims of the study.

The study results showed that the teachers' estimates in Negev district for enabling degree of their principals from solving the administrative problems were (moderate), and also it showed that there were significant statistical differences in teachers' estimates due to the variable(gender) for male teachers.

There weren't significant statistical differences due to the variable (educational stage, scientific qualification).
