Nowadays, family became no more far from the influence of mass media.

TV on top, which is considered as an efficient member of the family thanks to all forms of fun, entertainment and multiple faces and aspects of knowledge it offers to the members of the family.

However, TV has negative aspects because of the flood of contents that overwhelme the viewers from place to place.

Generally, effectiveness of the presented programs is measured by the number of the targeted viewers to ensure fame, but this effectiveness fades away in the impacts of these programs such as in certain educational programs like Grammar city in the eighty's, especially when it concerns an important section of the society which is children
