Small and medium enterprises sector is considered to be a strategic alternative Algeria is relying on to take off its economy through variety and competition and value creation.

To have this goal done, it provided rehab- programs and institutions of financial support and different sustaining structures.

Permitting for investors to create small and medium enterprises and get follow-up, support and qualification until they get the ability to compete in the market.

However, results achieved are reflecting neither the intended objectives nor the resources provided.
