The domain of Esallam selling’s is widely consider very vast in terms of its study and its dependence to Muslim s daily life, either between Muslims themselves or with others, consequently it may occur what affects the sale, sometimes it is a big affection in which the important elements (the pillars) of the contract may well be shaken so it invalided the selling contract, other times the affection s less so that the contract is correpted, there are many effects, they may affect the pillars of the contract as well as its conditions that, the occurring corruption for these contracts affects all its aspects.

Because of the aim of all contract is to achieve the transactions until the stability of situations and the realization of objectives, the theory of corruption is founded in the aim of correcting .

The corrupt parts in the contracts among them the contracts of (esalam sale) and that in order to its achievement and to avoid its invalidation.
