The objective of this research is to highlight the specificity of corporate governance in Takaful insurance companies through what is known as Shari'ah Governance, and to clarify the role of its mechanisms related to the Shari'a Supervisory Board and both the internal and external Shari'a audit in supporting the administrative and financial control of these companies; in addition to traditional control frameworks.
