The goal of current research to shed light on the concept of the tendency to delay, in particular, through the presentation of theoretical frameworks described this concept and previous studies that I've ever had, and aimed also to measure the degree of inclination to delay among the students of middle school, and aimed also to get to know the differences of statistical significance in the tendency to delay among the students of middle school on according to the variables of gender (males - females) and competence (scientific - literary).

The sample consisted of 200 students from the middle school in the city of Baquba and adopted researcher tool Abu Ghazal (2012) and consisting of (21).

The researcher analyzed the paragraphs statistically two methods of comparison terminals (power discriminatory) and the relationship of paragraph in total aggregate extraction honesty virtual through a presentation tool on the set of the arbitrators in the jurisdiction of educational and Psychological Sciences and extraction of stability in a way re- test has reached the plant stability (87%) and Stammelt researcher bag statistical (SPSS) to analyze the data statistically them (Pearson correlation coefficient, and testing of T-test for two independent samples and test T-test for one sample).

The study results showed the spread of apparent tendency to delay the students and also showed that males are more likely to AlTagel female and have agreed with previous studies also showed that students branch literary more inclined to postpone compared branch and literary researcher reached to a set of recommendations and proposals.
