Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the role of human resources recruitment process in improving the performance of the organization, applied on the Sudanese Telecommunication Company (Zain).

In order to achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used due to its suitability to the nature of the study; whereas the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the views of the study sample.

The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (65) employees of the Sudanese Telecommunications Company (Zain).

The results showed that there is a clear role for human resources recruitment in improving the performance of the company according to the personal variables (gender, age, qualification, job level, job title).

The study recommended that the role of the proper recruitment process for human resources should be realized in improving the performance of telecommunications companies; besides working on developing plans and standards in the process of recruiting human resources.

Also, it recommended paying more attention for the recruitment process because it is considered as the most important activity of human resources management, which aims to provide the most qualified employees.
