Abstract EN

The purpose of the study, which is entitled to employ public relations programs in awareness of the dangers of cybercrime, is to know the role of public relations in raising awareness of cybercrime, the danger of misuse of technology, the importance of preserving personal data and the importance of the paper records system associated with electronic copying.

The importance of research is to shed light on this type of crime, which carries many negative effects that threaten the security and safety of society, and was applied to: Ministry of the Interior "General Department of Investigation and Criminal Investigation - Department of Crimes innovated" Ministry of Communication Information Technology Center, National Information Center, Sudanese Information Security Center, National Telecommunications Authority, Ministry of Justice.

The study used the descriptive approach and it came in four chapters and eight fields.

The field study consisted of two questionnaires distributed to the internal public from the public relations workers in the institutions responsible for cyber crimes.

The second questionnaire was distributed to a sample of the external audience to measure the degree of awareness of cyber crimes.

The most important results of the study are that the public relations and the media in the institutions responsible for cybercrime are constantly evolving and that these departments have succeeded in establishing effective partnerships and agreements among themselves regarding the awareness of the dangers of cybercrime based on their good knowledge of their risks.

Which is used by newspapers and television, but did not care to use digital media in awareness, there are workshops and courses implemented on the scale of the masses internal and external, the study also revealed that the most frequent sites are social networking sites, And that there is no caution in the use of the Web by individuals and Communities and that a large number of members of the community is keen to educate itself the dangers of modern technology.
