Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate the relationship between the perceived psychological presence of father and the psychological peace among adolescents (Secondary school students) in Gaza governorate, as well as the differences in the variables (peace, psychopresence), according to (gender, income, and father's education level).

The researchers followed the analytical descriptive method.

They used fathers' perceived-psychological presence scale and, psychological peace scale prepared by the researchers, as the tools of the study.

The Random stratified sample of the study included (500) secondary-school students in Gaza.

Results of the study showed: a positive correlation between the psychological peace and the perceived psychological presence of fathers for the students.

There is significant difference in psychological peace related to gender in favor of females, as well as the income in favor of people with middle-income, and fathers educational level of the father in favor of university education.

The most important recommendation incloude; developing the fathers role programs, and giving make attention to the needs of adolescents and ennancing their sense of psychologically peace.
