The countries of the world, including Algeria, have resorted to international green tax reforms, in pursuit of the objectives proposed at international conferences on the environment, such as the Kyoto Protocol and the Copenhagen Climate Summit, which are held on the issue of global warming due to pollution of carbon dioxide, The taxes and duties imposed on its emission were considered the common denominator of all green fiscal international reforms, in order to achieve the goals set for reducing it and reducing its risks.

Environmental tax collection is one of the most important tools and mechanisms on which Algeria depends on reducing environmental pollution.

The paper concluded with several conclusions, the most important of which is the need for the state to put into effect a set of laws and legislations aimed at reducing the production and consumption of contaminated goods.

It aims primarily at exploiting a pollution-free environment, focusing environmental tax reforms that modify tax subsidies with environmental distortions, restructuring existing taxes to take environmental measures into account, establishing environmental fees that include various forms of pollution, Encourage investment in the economic sectors of environmentally friendly technologies used for clean and renewable energies, aimed at preserving the right of future generations to live in a pollution-free environment and environmental sustainability.
