It is indisputable that Islamic history does not only need to be reworked, but requires initially exploration and writing.

This is evidenced by the neglect of the history of Ahmed Ben Idris El Fassi, despite his great role in the movement of Islamic History in 19th century.

Sadly, there is hardly a single study that explores his movement and methodology.

And what is present about him does not exceed his letters and messages and commendable acts circulated by his followers, as well as there is a Sparse words in theses that talked about his students and their movements such as Alsanosi and Senussi and Mirghani and khamimiya and Mahdi Somalia and Salihiyah.

It is difficult for researcher to understand these movements and their protagonists unless he studies his inspirational personal biography and studies the movement and call of Ahmed bin Idris, which requires more sailing in his biography and personality and his efforts in reform and advocacy.
