Abstract EN

The objective of the study was to measure the requirements of TQM and its role in improving performance.

The overall quality management requirements for the independent variable were measured in dimensions such as (commitment of senior management, dissemination of quality culture, education and training, strategic planning) The study problem was determined through a set of questions aimed at identifying the relationship and the impact of quality management requirements on the improvement of performance, in light of which a number of hypotheses were formulated to diagnose the reality of management requirements.

The researcher relied on a questionnaire form to obtain the data that was distributed to his sample randomly selected from the staff in the college.

The number of respondents was (45) employees at the level of departments and units of the total number of employees (70) employees and were analyzed using the program The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the acceptance of the hypotheses of the study, which emphasizes the existence of a relationship and the impact of the requirements of the overall quality management on the improvement of the job performance, in addition to a set of results which were formulated as a set of recommendations in light of the ability to employ the overall quality requirements The direction that serves the university staff and students.
