Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر مكونات COBITS في الحد من مخاطر الاختراق الالكتروني في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الاردنية, وقد تم اجراء هذه الدراسة الميدانية على الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الاردنية المدرجة في بورصة عمان والبالغ عددها حتى نهاية عام 2017 (67) شركة صناعية، و لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، فقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة الحالية من جميع الشركات الصناعية في الاردن، ونظرا لصعوبة و تكلفة المسح الشامل تم اخذ عينة طبقية عشوائية اشتملت على (57) شركة، استهدف منها المدراء العامين والتنفيذيين ومدراء الدوائر والأقسام حيث قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على العينة، حيث تم استرداد (267) استبانة، كان منها (21) استبانة غير صالحة للتحليل لعدم اكتمالها، في حين كان عدد الاستبانات المستردة و القابلة للتحليل (246)، و بذلك تكون نسبة الاسترداد (83.7%) من إجمالي الاستبانات الموزعة و لغرض تحليل بيانات الدراسة واختبار الفرضيات تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في التحليلات الإحصائية المختلفة وهي الإحصاء الوصفي و معامل الاتساق الداخلي (كرونباخ ألفا), كما تم استخدام اختبار الارتباط الخطي المتعدد باستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعامل تضخم التباين, وايضا تم استخدام تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد.

وقد توصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج كان أهمها وجود أثر معنوي لمكونات Cobit 5 في الحد من مخاطر الاختراق الإلكتروني في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية، وذلك عند دراسة أثر كل منها بشكل منفرد, حيث يظهر أهمية جميع الأبعاد في المساهمة في تخفيض مخاطر الاختراق الإلكتروني.

وقد خلصت الدراسة الى العديد من التوصيات كان أهمها التزام ادارة الشركات بتقييم و تقدير المخاطر المتعلقة بنظم المعلومات بشكل مستمر، وضرورة التركيز على انشاء وحدة مختصة لإدارة مخاطر تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ترصد المخاطر المحيطة وتوفير التدابير الاحتياطية.

English Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the impact of COBIT5 components in reducing the risk of cyber violation.

This study was conducted on the Jordanian industrial joint stock companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange which number was (67) industrial companies at the end of 2017 to achieve the aims of this study, the transitional and analytical approach used, the community of the study is composed of all industrial companies in Jordan.

Due to the difficulty and the cost of the comprehensive survey, a simple random sample was taken, which included (57) companies, targeted the general managers, executives, and directors of the departments and section managers, the researcher designed a questionnaire and distributed it to the sample 267 questionnaires retrieved 21 of it were unable to analysis because they were not complete, while the number of recovered and analyzed questionnaires was 246.

So, the recovery rate was (83.7%) of the total distributed questionnaires, The (SPSS) program was used in various statistical analyzes, the descriptive statistics and the internal consistency coefficient (Kronbach Alpha).

The multiple linear correlation test was also used using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the variance amplification coefficient.

The study achieved a lot of results, the most important one was the significant effect of the Cobit 5 components in reducing the risk of cyber violation in the Jordanian industrial companies, while studying the impact of each of them individually, showing the importance of all dimensions in contributing to reduce the risk of cyber violation.

The study concluded by many recommendations, the most important one was the commitment of the management of companies to constantly evaluate and assess the risks related to information systems.

And the need to focus on the establishment of a specialized unit to manage the risks of information technology, monitor the risks surrounding the provision of precautionary measures.
