This article treats the rotation which the communicators played in religion organization; exactly in el-ferdaws mosque, because the communicator is an important circle of communicate operation at any social system, the study also seek the problems which meet communicator at same time when he make his works and how gain the mastery over them, a conjunction search the good ways those developed their jobs in el-ferdaws mosque organization.
