Abstract EN

The Algerian economic institution is the existing structure and the main engine of every economic activity as the core of it.

It operates in an environment whose characteristics differ from one society to another and from time to time.

This is characterized by instability due to a number of rapid variables that affect different fields.

Based on the above, we aim at addressing some of the studies dealing with labor conflicts at the institution level.

We will also try to address the conflict at the community level.

We will also show some aspects of the shift in labor relations after the events of October such as trade unionism and the intensification of labor strikes in their individual forms.
