This paper aims to help economic enterprises to understand the concept of strategic entrepreneurship as a mechanism of modern management through the optimal utilization of resources.

This study focuses on entrepreneurship and strategic management especially on how to exploit opportunities and adapt to change, where opportunities are one of the most important links between entrepreneurship and strategic management.

Entrepreneurship is interested in discovering opportunities; strategic management is based on how it is exploited.

In current study, we introduce the concepts of strategic management and strategic entrepreneurship, and the result of their integration into the organization, using the strategic entrepreneurship model to demonstrate the importance of the institution's concept of strategic entrepreneurship.
