Abstract EN

The study aimed at revealing the degree of practice of principals in Amman Governorate in Jordan to enable new teachers from the point of view of the teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method.

He constructed a tool for the study consisting of (24) , And a random sample of (112) teachers was selected.

The results indicated that the level of practicing principals in Amman Governorate in Jordan to enable new teachers from the point of view of the teachers on the tool as a whole was high (3.71).
