The technological accompaniment is one of the most important mechanisms that have proved highly efficient in the sustainability of small and medium enterprises through their support to stimulate innovation and creativity in them, in order to ensure that these companies overcome the reasons for their failure and overcome the obstacles to their continuation and development.

In this paper, we try to review the reality of the technological escort of small and medium enterprises in Algeria and to identify the imbalances in comparison with some Arab experiences that have made progress in supporting small and medium enterprises through the technological accompaniment that they guarantee.
