This article focuses on the extent to which the degree of necessity criterion is used in evaluating the investment decision, the latter should be evaluated using one or more criteria to judge its feasibility.

We take ALFAPIPE GHARDAIA as a model, and the data needed was collected from the documents of the company in addition to an interview with the manager control of the company.

The study concluded that the ALFAPIPE GHARDAIA based on the degree of necessity in evaluating investment decision.
