The objectives of this study is to answer the following research questions: Is there an impact of changing culture in increasing the efficiency of organizations? In order to answer these questions, which are the main problem, the following scientific hypotheses have been developed: - There is a statistically significant relationship between changing the culture of the organization and increasing the efficiency of the organizations.

The descriptive descriptive approach was used to describe the phenomenon under study.

The questionnaire was used to collect the various data on the (15) sample members to conduct the statistical analysis of this study using the program used for statistical analysis of social sciences (SPSS).The most important results were:change in the culture of the company was not clear teacher, because of the changes in the general goals serve the personal interests of a particular category, without examining the work required changes to improve the performance of workers and without reviewing the internal and external environment, and the re - distribution of powers to meet the requirements of work - The influx of culture of the company from departments and departments, and the rigid and inflexible culture of society, and the lack of appropriate culture to the requirements of work within the community led to overlap in powers and responsibilities.
