Abstract EN

The objective of this article is to show the importance of new methods of distance education, in the era of the digital world, and to build on the reality of E-Learning in Algeria, citing examples of Algerian sites education and training by electronic means, and finally to note the effectiveness of these sites, and the degree of their competition with foreign sites.
