Abstract EN

The Science of Jurisprudential differences is one of the most important arts of jurisprudence.

It helps to identify the facts of jurisprudence, its sources, secrets and purposes because this science highlights the jurisprudential differences among those issues that are similar apparently and different in ruling and reasoning.

Its importance illustrates the researcher's acquiring the jurisprudential ability and his capability on the supplementation and exegesis.

It also consolidatesthe ability to identify the rulings of accidents and developmental issues.

This research marked (Jurisprudential Differences in Depository)deals with identifying these differences among the issues that are similar apparently and different in rulingand reasoningin the book of depository because the emergence and reflection of the differences reveals the secrets of Islamic sharia and its objectives in differentiating those issues that are similar apparently and this way it answers those who accused the Sharia of contradictions in such issues.

I have chosen to study the sample of these differences from the book "Al-Mughniby IbnQodama" which is one of the most famous books of Hanbali doctrine for dealing with the details of differences and referring to them in a clear way like (Fariq, Bakhilaf (Distinction & other than) or making statement about the invalidity of analogy, then he mentions the reason for the difference between the two issues
