The research aims to know the extent of the application of the standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001 :2007 in the university hospital nafisa hamoud in Algiers diagnose the gap between the requirements of the specification of the actual fact، using a special examination of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System The results of research and analysis that the occupational health and safety management system against the requirements of the specification and all the main paragraphs had reached (46.9 %)، the approaches applied in part fully documented by a gap reached (53.1 %) between the actual application in the hospital and with international.
