Abstract EN

With the spread and the huge use of digital media tools in modern life, everybody became capable to participate in producing the digital content which he wants and by the way he wants, in spite of the passive reception mechanism that existed in the traditional media; and this led to the expansion of free digital content production in different languages far from the ideological influences which were aimed to favor a specific production pattern to certain languages.

The Arab world is not far from such wave of the digital production.

In the last years, many Arabic-language digital platforms, including the ones which area part of media organizations and the ones which operate independently in different fields , This has contributed to the expansion of digital Arabic content production on the Internet.

This study attempts to override the negative effects of the digital environment on the Arabic language and its reality, in order to shift attention to the horizons and opportunities offered by the digital environment in the development and spreading the use of the Arabic language in the world , through a critical assessment of the experience of Al Jazeera Media Network-To spread Arabic language and culture through electronic media, and its role in enriching Arabic digital content and spreading the Arabic language in all over the world.
