The research aims to Designing a dictionary in terms of clothes and textiles using smart phone applications .

Measuring the efficiency of the proposed glossary of clothing and textile terms using smart phone applications (technical, educational).

Providing an application for smart phones that benefit researchers and scholars in the field of clothing and textiles.The research followed the analytical descriptive method by compiling, summarizing and describing the terms related to clothing and textiles, and verifying its technical and educational efficiency.The research tool was a questionnaire to measure the technical and educational efficiency of the proposed application for researchers and scholars in the field of clothing and textiles, in order to answer the research questions and verify his hypotheses.

The results of the research led to the agreement among the arbitrators ranged between 95.8% -100%, indicating that the efficiency of the proposed application is high and is applicable, which is consistent with recent studies that showed the positive role of mobile education in the educational process.
